Payment for all weeks is due when the application is submitted. Each camp must meet specific enrollment numbers to be offered. In the event that you must cancel your child’s registration, a full refund (less a $20 processing fee per camper) will be given if a replacement is available from a waiting list and the program is notified at least 14 days prior to the start of that camp session.
